ChicaGourmets! is delighted to be collaborating with our friends at CHIC Farmers Market and with CHIC for this exciting new series of International Sunday Brunches featuring outstanding guest chefs, wine importers, cheese makers, farmers, meat and seafood vendors. Before the brunch, we encourage you to visit the CHIC Farmers Market, which is located in the adjacent parking lot.

Especially in conjunction with this brunch, Isola Imports will operate a stand at the CHIC Farmers Market at which they will offer gourmet items in keeping with the Italian theme of the brunch. Their offerings will include many products which are usually available wholesale to the chefs of the city's finest Italian restaurants, but which will be for sale to the public at the CHIC Farmers Market for this weekend only. Don't miss this gourmet shopping opportunity!

Gaetano Di Benedetto

During the brunch you will have the opportunity to meet Beverly Malen of Imports Inc./chicago, who will provide the wonderful Italian wines for our brunch. She will be discussing the food and wine pairings. You'll also have an opportunity for Q&A with our Italian guest chef, Gaetano Di Benedetto and our cheese expert, Giles Schnierle.

Following brunch, those who are interested are welcome to take a tour of CHIC, which is affiliated with Le Cordon Bleu, the world's most famous cooking school founded in Paris in 1895.



Price is $39.00 per person, inclusive.
